Heritage Property Corporation’s preservation success story has proudly been punctuated with numerous awards and acknowledgments in recognition of our restoration activities: 

• On June 11, 2009 Heritage Property Corporation president, Neil Richardson, received the prestigious Calgary Award for his sustained and extraordinary contribution to the promotion of awareness and preservation of Calgary's heritage.

• On May 7, 2009 Heritage Property Corporation received a Calgary Downtown Association Vitality Award for rejuvenating the Lougheed Building and the surrounding streetscape.

• On November 20, 2008 Heritage Property Corporation received a City of Calgary "Clean to the Core" Award in recognition of the company’s continued efforts to make the City Centre a cleaner, greener, and safer place to live and work. 

• On July 31, 2008 Heritage Property Corporation received a Calgary Heritage Authority Lion Award in the category of Building Restoration for the Lougheed Building project.

• In 2007, Heritage Property Corporation received the Grant Thornton Award for Calgary Family Enterprise of the Year.

• In August, 2006 Heritage Property Corporation received a Calgary Heritage Authority Lion Award in the category of Community or Neighbourhood Revitalization.

• In November 2003, Heritage Property Corporation received a 2003 Downtown Vitality Award for the restoration of the North-West Travellers Building, which enhances the Downtown as a great place to work.

• In June 2003, Heritage Property Corporation received a City of Calgary Heritage Award in recognition and honour of its contributions in the field of Heritage Conservation.
